Terms of Service

By accessing or using hiresense.orgor any HireSense product (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

HireSense is operated by an India-based team. These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless local law requires otherwise.

The Service is currently in pre-launch mode. By joining the waitlist you understand:

• The full HireSense product is not yet available.
• Joining the waitlist does not create any commercial obligation between us.
• Pricing shown on hiresense.org is indicative and subject to change before launch.
• We'll notify you by email when paid access opens up; you can decline at that point with no obligation.

While using hiresense.org, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through the waitlist form.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or stress-test the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related infrastructure.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

All content on hiresense.org — including text, design, code, logos, and branding — is owned by HireSense or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from our content without written permission.

The HireSense name and logo are trademarks. Other company and product names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during pre-launch. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of marketing content, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any forward-looking statements (about features, capabilities, roadmap, or pricing) are aspirational and not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireSense and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of hiresense.org or the Service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months (which during pre-launch is zero).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or act in a way that risks the Service for other users. You may delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@hiresense.org.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and notify waitlist members via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
