HireSense (“HireSense”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at hiresense.organd the related AI recruiting platform (the “Service”). We are based in India and serve users globally.

While HireSense is in pre-launch / waitlist mode, we collect only the minimum information needed to contact you about early access:

• Email address — required, used to contact you about early access and product updates.
• Name and company — optional, used to personalize our outreach when we reach back out.
• Source / referral — which page or button on hiresense.org you signed up from. Used for analytics only.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps. Kept up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers. We do not deploy advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you a welcome email confirming your waitlist signup.
• Notify you when HireSense is available for you to use.
• Send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve the service — internal aggregated analytics about waitlist demand by geography and source.

We use a small number of well-known service providers to deliver the Service. Each has their own privacy policy, which we link below:

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. Privacy policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy
• Google Workspace — internal email and productivity. Privacy policy

Depending on where you are, you have rights under laws like GDPR (EU), the UK Data Protection Act, the India DPDP Act 2023, and CCPA (California). Specifically you can:

• Access — ask what data we have about you.
• Correct— fix any data we hold that's wrong.
• Delete — ask us to remove your data entirely.
• Export — get a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@hiresense.org. We respond within 30 days.

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or you unsubscribe. Once HireSense launches paid products, we'll update this policy to describe account-level data retention.

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, secrets stored in a managed secret store, principle-of-least-privilege access. No system is ever 100% secure — but we treat your data with the same care we treat our own.

HireSense is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

When this policy changes materially, we'll update the “Last updated” date and notify waitlist members via email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
